Music is the way DJ Dani Walkman functions, it’s how he makes sense of the world and everyone in it.
So as a volunteer at St Bevan’s Hospital Radio. he has the perfect job, because he believes everyone has their song.
That is until he meets Peggy, a patient on East 5, who spins him around her little finger as he tries to guess her song.
In a new translation by Jeremi Cockram, this joyful play by Kathryn Chandler, is a love letter to the NHS and to all of those who volunteer for it, originally commissioned by National Theatre Wales in 2018.
Originally commissioned by National Theatre Wales this one man show performed by Dion Davies, and directed by Phil Clark & Christian Patterson will lift your spirits and reaffirm your faith in people.
