Bwci Be?!

Bwci Be?! is a new opera by talented young Welsh composer Claire Victoria Roberts which is being performed in the run-up to Calan Gaeaf. With a libretto by company Artistic Director Patrick Young and writer, singer and performer Gwyneth Glyn, the new opera imagines what could happen if the teenage heroine gets mistaken for a real spirit, and ends up as a captive in Annwn. The performance lasts just under an hour, and is ideal for children (and adults!) of all ages. A celebration of the Welsh tradition of Calan Gaeaf that will leave audiences spell-bound!
